Our paper UAV-Assisted Cooperative & Cognitive NOMA: Deployment, Clustering, and Resource Allocation has been accepted for publication in Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking. We describe how the deployment of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) can be used as a relay that fairly serves many secondary users in a hot-spot region. The cooperative and cognitive non-orthogonal multiple access technologies are an inherent remedy to achieve high spectral efficiency at large-scale networks.
